How would you feel if your traditional family recipes were lost forever?
Most likely – awful! That’s why this book was written. By 2025, 1 out of 7 people will have Alzheimer’s – bringing totals to 6 million people in the USA! Currently 5.4 million have it and every 69 seconds someone develops it!
Dementia is the general term for loss of memory and other mental disabilities that are severe enough to interfere with daily life. It is caused by physical changes in the brain. Alzheimer’s disease, a brain disorder, is the most common type of dementia, accounting for 60 to 80 percent of cases.
