How would you feel if your traditional family recipes were lost forever?
Most likely – awful! That’s why this book was written. Most people don’t realize that cooking is one of the first activities eliminated with dementia patients and the cause of much disturbance in a household when the patient has been the primary chef for many years. Family recipes are the heart of tradition, and if they are lost, family heritage is lost too.
