How sad that my mom has been lucky enough to live this long but can’t remember a thing. She doesn’t know how old she is or where she lives. She thinks I am her niece. She thinks my sister is her mother and my dad is her father. What good is it to live this long if your brain is dying? Every 69 seconds someone develops Alzheimer’s. 5.4 million people have it and by 2025 6 million will. 1 out of 7 people. We need to stop this epidemic.
